Understand the source before opening
A mark on a wall or ceiling can be some distance from the pipe that feeds it. We connect the visible evidence with the system layout, available access and earlier findings before proposing the next step.
Detection through to agreed repair
The £1,700 residential package includes specialist investigation, tracing, necessary access or excavation, agreed plumbing repair, parts, materials, appropriate testing, a written Trace & Access report and a 12-month workmanship warranty.
Clear boundaries
No detection method gives a guaranteed result in every condition. We explain uncertainty and keep unrelated work separate. Decorative and remedial reinstatement is excluded; commercial and wider shared-system work is quoted separately.
