The price
£1,700 includes applicable tax. A £100 deposit is deducted from that total, leaving £1,600. Final booking and payment terms must be confirmed before commitment.
The work
Investigation, specialist detection, tracing, necessary access, the agreed plumbing repair, parts, materials, suitable testing and a Trace & Access report are included, with a 12-month workmanship warranty.
The boundary
No hourly surcharge is added solely because the agreed residential work takes longer. Decorative and remedial reinstatement are excluded. Commercial and wider shared-system work is quoted separately.
