What the investigation needs to establish
Concealed supply routes can be difficult to reconstruct after alterations. We use available drawings, access points and observations to define the possible route. Suitable testing then informs an access proposal rather than treating every wet edge as the source.
Bring the useful details
Describe the floor build-up where known and point out hatches, previous repairs and recent flooring work.
Keep the boundaries clear
The necessary opening can disturb flooring. Replacement and finishing are excluded.
A method with a purpose
Acoustic listening may form part of the investigation when the conditions suit it. We explain what the result supports and what remains uncertain.
